The Inventory Reorder Distribution solution is used to list current On Hand Quantity, Purchase Order Quantity, Sales Order Quantity, Back Order Quantity, and Available Quantity information for each item and warehouse. In addition, this solution prints a Recommended Reorder Quantity, which is based on the reorder information entered in Item Maintenance and a Recommended Purchase Quantity, using the items purchase Unit of measure. This solution has four separate reports on Inventory Reorder Quantities per Warehouse: 1) All Items. 2) Excluding items with a Recommended Order Quantity equal zero. 3) Excluding items with both a Recommended Order Quantity and On-Hand Quantity equal to zero. 4) Excluding items with these quantities equal to zero: On Hand Quantity, On Purchase Order Quantity, On Sales Order Quantity, On Back Order Quantity, Available Quantity, Reorder Point Quantity,Minimum Order Quantity, Economic Order Quantity, Maximum On Hand Quantity. All of these reports contain common dynamic features for filtering by Warehouse Code, Product Type and Procurement Type. Prevent over-capitalisation in inventory and abandon those 'out-of-stock' labels by using the Inventory Reorder Distribution solution for Sage 100.
