APPLICATION This solution is used to make quick, effective inventory ordering and replenishment decisions from critical data presented at your fingertips. Current SalesOrder, PurchaseOrder, and QuantityonHand are factored in with minimum order quantities as well as average consumption rates based on a user-defined date range. Even Inventory Turnover, Annualized Sales, along with Minimum OnHand and ReOrder Quantities are displayed as well. This handy tool makes Inventory Management a streamlined and efficient task for the busy manager. SOLUTION FEATURES This solution has three performance variants: V1.0 Recommended Order Quantity, which considers stock necessary to fill orders as well as factoring in Supplier Discounts by satisfying minimum order quantities. All necessary and current inventory statistics are present for the 1st 30 items setup in your inventory module V1.1 Basic Inventory Order data V1.2 Stock Requirement to fill current orders as well as Minimum & ReOrder Quantity data V.1.3 Recommended Order Quantity, which considers stock necessary to fill orders as well as factoring in Supplier Discounts by satisfying minimum order quantities. · ITEM TYPE> category from Item Master Record · ITEM ID – DESCRIPTION> combination of ID + description from Item Master Record · PREFERRED SUPPLIER> Preferred Vendor ID from Item Master Record · ON HAND QUANTITY> current quantity from Item Master Record · PO QTY> current Purchase Order quantity from Item Master Record · SO QTY> current Sales Order quantity from Item Master Record · NORMAL ORDER QTY> reorder quantity field from Item Master Record · MIN STOCK LEVEL> from minimum stock field from Item Master Record · AVG MO SALES QTY> takes the sales quantity from the user input date range and annualizes it and divides it by 12 · ANNUALIZED SALES QTY> takes the sales quantity from the user input date range and annualizes it · INVENTORY TURNS> annualized sales quantity divided by current quantity on hand · STOCK REQUIRED> min stock level + QOSO – QOPO – QOH · RECOMMENDED ORDER QTY> if stock required is < Order Qty then it is Order Qty; if stock required is > Order Qty then stock is required All of these variants contain common dynamic features: · Items, with Description and Preferred Supplier grouped by Item Type · Current Stock Level details including QOH, QOPO, QOSO .
