APPLICATION 

This solution analyses projects over the prior 12 month period as well as aggregate totals over the whole project.  Variances are calculated by comparing actuals to budgets.  The report can be analysed by project or sub-project, and in cases where it is applicable by department and branch.  All reports split income and expenditure, resulting in an income statement per project that allows for clear analysis of projects for profitability and performance against budgets.

In addition the report gives a detailed forecast of the next 12 months as well as a drill down to GL transactions relating to projects.

SOLUTION FEATURES

V1.0 Project analysis with forecast detail and GL transactions – First 10 Projects or SubProjects

In addition to the project analysis showing profit/(loss) per project, 12 months analysis and actual vs budget, the GL transactions allow the user to drill down to detailed GL entries per project without having to leave the Excel report.  Detail includes each transaction by date and GL reference. Forecast figures are analysed by month for the following 12 months.
